Most of the Devscripts::* Perl modules are from the deprecated
dpkg-perl package, copyright (C) 1997  Klee Dienes <klee@mit.edu>

The whole package except for debdiff is copyright under the GPL,
version 2 or later.  Debdiff is released under version 2 (only) of the
GPL.  A copy of version 2 of the GPL can be found on Debian systems as
/usr/share/common-licenses/GPL.
