This is Debian/GNU Linux's prepackaged version of Darren Hieberts 
<darren@sirsi.com> or <darren@hiwaay.net> ctags utility.  

This package was put together by me, Heiko Schlittermann
<heiko@lotte.sax.de>, from the sources found on Darrens Site
as http://fly.hiwaay.net/~darren/archives/ctags-1.7.5.tar.gz

The changes were very minimal - merely adding support for the Debian
package maintenance scheme, by adding various debian/* files.
