Ghostscript: Common files for both gs and gs-aladdin

This package contains the files which are common to the GPL and the
AFPL release of the Ghostscript interpreter. They were taken from the
GPL Ghostscript source package. The main reason for this package to 
exist is to allow me to have both Ghostscript packages installed which
makes testing them quite a bit easier.
