This is Debian/GNU Linux's prepackaged version of Ruari Diff.  Ruari
Diff compares dpkg's status file and a Packages file from a Debian ftp
site and tells you which packages could be updated.

This package was put together by me, James Troup
<jjtroup@comp.brad.ac.uk>, from my sources.
