This is the Debian/GNU Linux prepackaged version of the tcp4u library by
Philippe Jounin (ph.jounin@computer.org). This library provides a portable
API for several networking protocols.

This package was put together by Dirk Eddelbuettel <edd@debian.org>
from sources obtained from 
	ftp://papa.indstate.edu/winsock-l/WindowsNT/Develop/tcp4u331.zip

The only changes for the Debian package were the addition of the debian/
files, a repackaging of the upstream sources from .zip to .tar.gz, and a 
changed directory name from tcp4u.331 to tcp4u-3.3.1. Oh, and substitution of
.htm for .html for documentation ;-)

Tcp4u is released under the GNU Library General Public License.  On a Debian
GNU/Linux systems, the complete text of GNU Library General Public License
can be found in the file /usr/doc/copyright/LGPL.
