To use the aserve Web Interface:

1). Start Server: (net.aserve:start)
2). Load the ASDF system rsm-finance
3). Load the ASDF system for rsm-web-finance
4). Direct web browser to http://localhost/loan
5). (When done) Shutdown Server: (net.aserve:shutdown)
