To build, run

build_for_wxpy.py propgrid SWIG=<patched_swig_1.3.29_path> WXDIR=<wxPython_sources_root>

If not included in this directory, build_for_wxpy.py can be found in branches/distscript
in wxPropertyGrid SVN.
