Subject: patch test runner for Debian
Last-Update: 2016-10-11

undercover.el is not needed for running for the test suite: it is used
for f-el's continuous integration testing setup, which we're not
running

Load test suite with `require' as that works during the package build
and with autopkgtest. Upstream's method only works during the package
build.
