Description: Because libasm-java doesn't provide an asm-bom POM, we
 add it to debian/maven.ignoreRules but also need to set a version
 for uses the asm artifacts.  (The version specified in this patch
 is immaterial, as it will be rewritten by debian/maven.rules.)
