Description: don't delete SMIME.pod in 'make clean'
 'make clean' will delete ./SMIME.pod, which is part of the distribution
 and essential for the build to succeed.

 This is a quick&dirty fix for the immediate issue, and may not be
 appropriate for upstream (autogenerate SMIME.pod?):

 Just don't touch it (don't delete it).
