Items to do for UICapture (in relative order of importance):
    1. Allow for a "multi-action" feature: the user can queue up several
       actions to be executed in a single request (that is, the in-between
       steps won't pause with the glass pane).  This should be a hack to
       work-around the drop-down menu bug.
    2. Create a default UI that has meta-codes for various actions.
