How to upgrade the htmlparser library:

1) clone the sources of the parser from http://hg.mozilla.org/projects/htmlparser
2) go to the repository root
2) apply the htmlparser-1.2.1.diff from this folder
3) ant clean && ant
4) upload the generated htmlparser-1.2.1.jar file as a binary library at https://hg.netbeans.org/binaries/upload
