ftp_fget -- Downloads a file from the FTP server and saves to an
open file.
Description
int ftp_fget (int ftp_stream, int fp, string remote_file, int mode)
Returns true on success, false on error.
ftp_fget() retrieves remote_file
from the FTP server, and writes it to the given file pointer,
fp. The transfer mode
specified must be either FTP_ASCII or FTP_BINARY.
