Description: fix failure to execute GWAS_manhattanplots.R
 Without this patch, autopkgtest fails with the following error, due to
 a flaw in the logic of the script when integrated in an FHS compliant
 operating system tree:

        GWAS_manhattanplots -b 0.1 -q -y 12 -i plot_files.txt
        Error in file(filename, "r", encoding = encoding) : 
          cannot open the connection
