The CDD module works with CDD-formatted sequence data.  Data is available at:
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Structure/cdd/cdd.shtml


The following code fragment is an example of how to parse CDD files into
a record and print the record.

    records = Bio.CDD.Iterator( fh, Bio.CDD.RecordParser(debug_level=0))
