 drop -dgdk_disable_deprecated
 gdpc uses GDK drawing functions, and needs to be converted to use Cairo
 instead.  In the meantime, -DGDK_DISABLE_DEPRECATED unhelpfully breaks
 prototypes in release builds, so drop it.
