info: fix crashes when retrieving disk size

Info panel crashes has been fixed by !387 on master branch, however,
gnome-3-30 is still affected as the same fix can't be used there, because
its complexity and changed dependencies. The panel crashes because
GUnixMountPoint is by mistake used as GUnixMountEntry. Let's find
and use corresponing GUnixMountEntry to simply fix those crashes for
gnome-3-30.

power: label the pending_charging state as "not charging"

The pending-charge state means AC power is on but the battery is not
being charged. This can happen because its charge is above a certain
threshold, to avoid short charging cycles and prolong the battery's
life, or because the PSU is not powerful enough to charge the batteries.

Instead of lying to the user about something being estimated, we should
simply tell the truth and set the label to "Not Charging".

Closes: #249.

datetime: use accessible-description instead of -name for hour &
 Minute

In my testing, default orca didn't seem to read the "Hour" or "Minute"
words when we used accessible-name but it does work with
accessible-description.

This is the only place we used accessible-name in gnome-control-center
but we use accessible-description in a few other places.

 universal-access: remove redundant label-for relations

The appropriate relation is already set with the mnemonic_widget property.

In particular, this also fixes an issue where a screenreader would
emit "Crosshairs" every time a new tab was entered in the Zoom dialog
because of some incorrect labelled-by relations.

mouse: don't use a separate box for touchpad switch

The Touchpad section looks like a single listbox
so let's handle it that way too.

This eliminates an unnecessary split in the touchpad
section that is noticeable when navigating with a keyboard.

expose touchpad settings if synaptics is in use

Upstream is aggressively pushing for libinput over synaptics. However that
creates a factually incorrect situation where gnome-control-center thinks
there is no touchpad unless you're using the xserver-xorg-input-libinput.
This patch adds support for both drivers, removing the code that would
hide the touchpad settings when xserver-xorg-input-synaptics is in use.

This patch is only useful in the GNOME on Xorg session.
In GNOME on Wayland, libinput is used anyway.

This patch requires a companion patch in mutter which GNOME has rejected.
