 change default transit server to magic-wormhole-transit.debian.net

This makes it easier for debian to help offload the upstream server
infrastructure if usage gets high.

magic-wormhole-transit.debian.net is currently a CNAME pointing to the
default upstream server (transit.magic-wormhole.io).
