remove the factory_girl gemspec The last (and initial) release of factory_bot contained a gemspec file for factory_girl as well, the former upstream name. Unfortunately, this makes the build fail out of the box. There are two "native" solutions available to solve such a problem: Either symlinking debian/gemspec to the gemspec file to use, or exporting DH_RUBY_GEMSPEC set to the gemspec to use in debian/rules. Using the former approach was the only way which worked to make the build pass while building the package, and if running autopkgtest. However, this approach fails while backporting to stretch. Accordingly, this patch removes the file completely. This should be changed in the future, progress is tracked in #893835.

remove simplecov usage Upstream uses simplecov to check the test coverage. This is unneeded if building the package for Debian, accordingly, remove it.

don't use git in gemspec Don't use git in gemspec, otherwise, the gemspec file is not found. This makes dependency resolution check fail.
