 add require 'uri' to hotp_spec.rb to fix a build error.  this comes
 from an upstream commit.  It should be included in the next upstream release
 (6.3.1).

 remove privacy breaching content
 Gem uses build status, license info etc from travis in its README. Since it 
 downloads content from remote site, it falls under privacy-breach filter of 
 lintian. Removing those entries.
