 nftw-musl

This patch allows compilation with the MUSL libc library.

The definition of FTW_ACTIONRETVAL as 0 is a bit sleazy, and is done
because the only use of that symbol is in a bitwise or, so the
alternative is to remove it from the or and defining it as 0 has the
same effect while keeping the patch in one place.

autogenerated patch header for a single-debian-patch file.
The delta against upstream is either kept as a single patch, or maintained
in some VCS, and exported as a single patch instead of more manageable
 atomic patches.
