 avoid .dpkg-new upgrading error.

When upgrading, dpkg aborts with saying that the file
clojure/.yas-parent cannot be found.

According to

this is usually caused by some types of "race conditions" when a file is
shared by more than a directory or when there are multiple links to the
same file.

At the moment I am just disabling the file.
