Run <code>first-instruction</code>, and then run <code>completion</code> (another
instruction) on each subgoal created by <code>first-instruction</code>. If
<code>must-succeed-flg</code> is supplied and not <code>nil</code>, then immediately remove
the effects of each invocation of <code>completion</code> that ``fails''.<p>
The default for completion is <code>reduce</code>.
