<code>Disable-forcing</code> is actually a macro that <a href="DISABLE.html">disable</a>s the executable
counterpart of the function symbol <code>force</code>; see <a href="FORCE.html">force</a>.  When
you want to use <a href="HINTS.html">hints</a> to turn off forced case splits, use a form such
as:
