<code>k</code> equals <code>i</code>.

The <a href="GUARD.html">guard</a> for <code>(mod i j)</code> requires that <code>i</code> and <code>j</code> are rational
(<a href="REAL.html">real</a>, in ACL2(r)) numbers and <code>j</code> is non-zero.<p>
