	- Incorporation of David Eriksson's code to use synce support.
	- Default verbosity is much less verbose.
	- Show progress bars for long operations.
	- Removed command line IP address. Added command-line flags for
	  verbosity, quiet mode, as well as proxy flags.
	- Incorporated proxy code back into agsync.
