A command used to perform actions using your imagination.  It places your
name at the beginning of the output, and displays your phrase after it.  So
if you type "emote sings and dances for pocket change.", what the players 
will see is "Bob sings and dances for pocket change.", assuming your name
was Bob.  Try it and see!
