Allows one to watch the output of other builders and see their input.  It
is useful to learn how to build by watching others build.  It does inform
the builder that you are spectating on them and can be turned off by
typing "spectate" without the user name.  This can be blocked by setting
the nospectate flag, using the nospectate command in the builder port.
