Notes on how this package can be tested.

This package can be tested by running the provided test:
sh run-unit-test
in order to confirm its integrity.

Run.sh is a modified copy of Test/Run.sh, where
Truncate.pl has been changed to
/usr/share/ampliconnoise/Scripts/Truncate.pl, which is
the location where it is installed.
ref/C005.tar.xz contains files obtained by running Run.sh on C005.dat.
