To use:
cp setrans.conf /etc/selinux/mls/setrans.conf
cp setrans.d/*  /etc/selinux/mls/setrans.d
run_init /etc/init.d/mcstrans restart

To test:
/usr/share/mcstrans/util/mlstrans-test include.test
