nspostgres for AOLserver in Debian

In order to use this module you need to add a line to your nsd
configuration files (eg the default one is /etc/aolserver/main.tcl).

In the section which starts with 'ns_section "ns/server/${server}"', add:

	ns_param nspostgres nspostgres.so

After you have enabled the module, your Tcl scripts have access to the
ns_nspostgres command.
