</a>The Ns_DbPoolAllowable function returns NS_TRUE if the specified pool <code>poolname</code> is available on the server <code>hServer</code>. It returns NS_FALSE if the pool does not exist or if the server is not allowed to use this pool. See the <a href="con-ch3.htm#120876">"ns/server/server-name/module/nscgi" section</a> in the <i>AOLserver Administrator's Guide</i> for information on setting allowable pools for a server.</p>
