</a>This function converts the specified value into an int and stores it in <code>valuePtr</code>. If the <code>key</code> does not exist in the config file or it is not an integer, the function returns <code>NS_FALSE</code>. Otherwise it returns <code>NS_TRUE</code>.</p>
