Setting up an apcupsd installation
==================================

First of all look at sample-apcupsd. This is a sample script for apcupsd
start/stop at boot time. This need to be present and links need to be done
into /etc/rc.d/... for automatic startup/shutdown of the daemon.
Then look into SuSE/ directory: it is the most up to date installation
routines.
Then try to mimic the behaviour of SuSE installation with your routines.
Keep in mind that while shutting down, the UPS will be powered off so you must
be sure that at UPS poweroff all the filesystems are umounted or, at least,
remounted read-only!
