Included a few TIMEOUT handlers for those who are having trouble with "Connect Verified" hangs

Deleting clear screen for --help (-h)






--- Old Changes ---

Added command-line parameter "-w" for turning off the wheel. Numerous
people reported the wheel as a bandwidth hog for network executions.

Various "output" bugs have been fixed.

Trailing '/' removal has been fixed for the "-f" feature. Format is
flexible for hand-written benchmarking lists.

	Note: The "@ #benchmarkspeed#" is not necessary for
	hand-written lists.
