Once you've built and tested your <tt>website-manager-setup.exe</tt>
installation wizard simply copy it along with the <tt>autorun.inf</tt> file
(from the <em>AsciiDoc</em> <tt>examples/website/install</tt> directory) to a blank
CDR.

<p>
To burn a CDR you need a CD-ROM writer and compatible software capable
of writing ISO9660 images.
