asclock for DEBIAN

This is Debian GNU/Linux's prepackaged version of asclock, a clock designed
with the NeXTStep look in mind. It was originally developed to be used with
AfterStep, but it's equally useful with any other window manager. This
release contains patches to lower the color space usage.
