revert mouse selection to something similar to v2.20 (and prior) -
this implies word selection of those versions (i.e. next option)
--enable-old-wordselect
revert mouse selection of words (double-clicking) to something
similar to v2.20 (and prior)
--enable-dmalloc
use Gray Watson's malloc - which is good for debugging
