--enable-fading
add support for darkening colors when aterm is loosing focus.
that is off by default as far as that would cause aterm to use
more colors, which is not good for folks with 8bpp.

add support for XPM background pixmaps,
and JPEG and PNG background pixmaps if AfterStep was compiled
with --enable-static-libs=no, and libasimage and libafterstep
were installed in LD_LIBRARY_PATH.
--enable-next-scroll
make the scrollbar look like a NeXT scrollbar (Default)

this implies word selection of those versions (i.e. next option)
