 Removed libyahoo2 source tree
The source tree interferes with the build so it is best that we get
rid of it.

Get rid of the libyahoo2 copy we have locally and dynamically link against the library instead.
Got rid of utility functions that were being used from yahoo_util.h
since they're not exported by libyahoo2. And for good reason too since
they are umm, internal.

Cleaned up the dynamic library loading stuff a bit
Collected all the preprocessor stuff into the header file to make
things a little cleaner as well as make it available to other parts of
the code if necessary.

 Eliminate PATH_MAX usage
PATH_MAX is not defined on GNU Hurd and they have a good reason for
it:

http://www.gnu.org/software/hurd/community/gsoc/project_ideas/maxpath.html

To summarize the limits are all different and very vague, with most
implementations choosind to set a limit on path components rather than
the entire path. So avoid it and use your own logic.
