* debian/rules: modified to have a cleaner build ; -Xmedia was also added to
the dh_install directive to avoir problem with dh_link.
* debian/postinst: modified to avoid errors with a partially installed
package.
* debian/postrm: modified to avoid errors with a partially installed
package. The debconf confmodule was also sourced twiced, which is now
corrected.
* debian/preinst: removed, it was useless.
* Modified the example of apache configuration file add php_flag and
php_value.
* Added a lintian override for directory perms (/var/lib/b2evolution/media).
* debian/templates: modified the default value for the blog address ; it is
now http://www.example.com/b2evolution.
