Introduction</A>
</H1>
This chapter provides an introduction to the Java bindings for SIDL,
including illustrations of both callers and callees written in Java.
It shows how to use Babel to wrap the implementation of software
written
in Java as well as how to call software, possibly implemented in any other
supported language, from Java.
