* Maybe replace debian/setuidwrapper.c with a preconfigured
  libsgci-perl configuration?

  * Check if we can switch from arch:any to arch:all afterwards.
  * If not, let's see if we can split up the package into an arch:any
    and an arch:all part.

* Check if -Wl,--as-needed is really still needed as backuppc-rsync is
  already built without it.
