The current upstream version 13.0.4 was imported by doing:

gbp import-orig --upstream-version 13.0.4+debian1 --filter-pristine-tar ../bacula-docs-13.0.4.tar.bz2

This applies the filters in debian/gbp.conf to both the resulting
upstream import to git and the "original" source tarball.

This created the 13.0.4+debian1 version.
