    <h1>Kopfschmerzen</h1>

    <p class="functionality">Kopfschmerzen werden dem K&ouml;rper
    durch das Hormon Prostaglandin signalisiert. Prostaglandin
    selbst wird vom Enzym COX-2, einer Prostaglandinsynthase
    gebaut. Blockiert man nun COX-2, k&ouml;nnen keine neuen
    Schmerzsignale gebaut werden und der Kopfschmerz
    verschwindet.</p>

    <p class="step">Die Stelle im COX-2 Enzym, an der Prostaglandin
    gebaut wird, kann man mit einem Schl&uuml;sselloch
    vergleichen.<br></p>
