Creating a Molecular Object

In the beginning, we have to create a molecular scene.
We build a polypeptide from an amino acid sequence, a so-called molecular object,
by opening the PeptideBuilder dialog via the menu entry
"Build->BuildPeptide".
Then enter the sequence "ARND" in the label field at the top.
(As an alternative, you can also press the upper four amino acid buttons.)
This will create a polypeptide with the amino acid sequence
Alanin, Arginin, Asparagine, Aspartic acid.
Then press the "Build" button.

Press Next to continue.
