Debian BART Licensing

Debian distributes the BART binary linked with the FFTW Discrete
Fourier Transform libraries. Since FFTW is licensed under the GPL,
the resulting derived work (the BART binary distributed with Debian)
is also licensed under the GPL as follows.

it under the terms of the GNU General Public License as published by
the Free Software Foundation; either version 2 of the License, or
(at your option) any later version.
Note that all conditions and the disclaimer of the BART license
