Retourne une nouvelle chaîne de caractères où toutes les occurrences de <em>fromstring</em> ont été remplacées par <em>tostring</em> dans la chaîne originale <em>haystack</em>. En spécifiant un quatrième paramètre <em>caseinsensitive</em> à vrai (true) la recherche ne tiens pas compte de la casse.
