<p style="margin-left:11%; margin-top: 1em"><b>bcrontab</b>
interfaces with the <b>bcron-spool</b> daemon to manage
crontab files in the privileged spool directory.</p>

<p style="margin-left:22%;">Tell <b>bcron-spool</b> that we
are acting on behalf of the named user. <b>bcron-spool</b>
