The bdii.* patches provide the basic compatibility with an install in /usr.

bdii.patch:
Change bdii file locations to standard values

bdii-update.patch:
Add option to turn the bdii self-monitoring service on/off

bdii-dir.patch:
Allow standard location for BDII_DIR (/usr)

bdii-bdb.patch:
Allow default configuration to work on all BDB versions out-of-the-box

bdii-manpages.patch:
Fix manpages
