Linear Executable introduction
%BLE%b format is used in Windows virtual device driver (VxD), DOS4GW
executables and some OS/2 applications, that use 32-bit segments for
80386+, but basic format for 0S/2 v2.0+ is LX (powered version of LE).
Format contains combination of code, data and collection of
resources. In VxD drivers the first entry point in the Entry_Table
points to the Virtual Driver Descriptor.
